If you are unable to see a folder in webmail, you may have to subscribe it for the first time.

Once a folder is subscribed you will not have to do it again.

1) Login to webmail

2) Click on the MAIL button at the top

3) Click on FOLDER OPTIONS on the left

- and then SHOW ALL MAILBOXES

4) Right-click on the folder you want and click SUBSCRIBE
